The Revised Building Plan is not clear enough to give change information and the image on site is not opening properly to understand the same. It seems its just for formality of RERA the compliance is being done.

It is very clear that the letter that you sent and the image that is available on the website is just a formality so as to comply with the provisions laid down by the RERA.The image is from no angle potent enough to rely upon for the purpose of giving any suggestion/objection.

The changes mentioned in the letter are not clear, not even we have any information related to possession. Please first clearly tell us about the possession. The shown layout here is not clear, it seems just a formality. But in view of this situation i have objection on it.

the said plan is totally unacceptable and objectionable, as there is no provision for the services especially STP, WTP and other green areas, also the stair case riser and treads in the executed site of phase 1 is also not as per standard of HUDA standards also all these are seems to be not in accordance with the HUDA rules for affordable housing, hence combining the addition to land with the existing one is of discomfort to the end users.
