2014 - The birth of GLS
GLS Arawali Homes, Sector 4, Sohna
A landmark 10-acre group housing project, proudly delivered ahead of time.
2017
2017 - 2nd Group Housing
GLS Avenue 51, Sector 92, Gurugram
Sprawled across 6.31 acres, this group housing project boasts a clubhouse, pool, play area & crèche, delivered well ahead of schedule.
2020
2020 - Extending the Developments
GLS Arawali Homes 2 in Sector 4, Sohna, spread across 3.38 acres, is an extension of the GLS Arawali Homes, while GLS South Avenue in Sector 92, Gurugram, spans 2.46 acres is an addition to GLS Avenue 51. Both projects were delivered on time.
2021
2021 - The Flagships
GLS Avenue 81, located in Sector 81, Gurugram, spans 5.66 acres, while GLS Avenue 86 in Sector 86, Gurugram covers 6.44 acres—both developments’ construction is in full swing and notably ahead of schedule.
2022
2022 - The Transition
GLS Bird Estate, Sector 9 Badsa, Jhajjar, is the brand’s first plotted development, spread across 8.25 acres. Remarkably, it was delivered 3 years ahead of schedule.
2023
2023 - The Spree of Launches
Launch of GLS Arawali City in Sector 4, Sohna, plotted development of 10.42 acres, GLS Avenue City in Sector 92, Gurugram, covering 5.05 acres, and GLS Bird Estate Phase II in Sector 9 Badsa, Jhajjar, an additional 2.20 acres to GLS Bird Estate, all delivered 3 years ahead of time. GLS Avenue 81 Phase II in Sector 81, Gurugram, spanning across 1.88 acres was launched and is currently progressing smoothly, well ahead of schedule.
2024
2024 - The Growth
GLS Courtyard in Sector 95, Gurugram, is the brand’s first commercial plotted development, spread across 3.837 acres, with construction progressing ahead of schedule. Additionally, GLS has partnered with the renowned developer Sobha Limited for a premium group housing township spanning 13.08 acres in Sector 63A, Golf Course Extension Road.

2025 & Ahead
Coming soon: GLS Infra's first premium-luxury group housing development in Sohna—GLS Codename S.O.H.N.A., an exclusive project spread across 4.75 acres, set to redefine upscale living in the region. Additionally, the company is backed by a bold and expansive vision, with a land bank exceeding 50 acres, poised for future launches and transformative developments.
